WHY CHURCH MEMBERSHIP?

Becoming a member of a local church is not just a good idea, it is God’s idea.

A BIBLICAL FOUNDATION

We seek not only to know what Scripture says, but
believe the God it reveals and follow what it teaches.

WHAT IS THE GOSPEL?

We naturally think that the Gospel starts with people, but the Bible reveals that the Gospel starts
with God.

GROWING IN GRACE

When we speak of growing in grace, we use the term “sanctification”.

GOD'S
WILL

When we are in the process of seeking, doing, and living in God’s will, we do it this way..

FORGIVING
OTHERS

Forgiveness is something we receive, we believe, we give, we develop, and we remember.

THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD
PRAYER & THE
CHRISTIAN
GIVING & THE CHRISTIAN

Christian Worship is the response of born again believers to the revelation of God.

Christians by nature of their relationship to God through Jesus Christ have agreed to obey His authority.

It might surprise you to realize how many passages in the New Testament deal with church discipline.

As we have said before, the truths we are studying are not meant to be abstract concepts, they are truths meant to be lived out.

The subject of prayer is so vast that much of what we could discuss is beyond the scope of this chapter.

The Bible has much to say concerning the stewardship of our resources.
