OUR MISSION
To spread the gospel of Jesus Christ everywhere we go (Matthew 28:19-20). To disciple believers into Christlike maturity, that they may shine as lights in the world (Matthew 5:16, Philippians 2:15), bearing fruit in every good work (Colossians 1:10). As a local church, worshipping in spirit and truth (John 4:24), being knit together in love (Colossians 2:2), encouraging one another (Hebrews 10:25) and forgiving one another (Ephesians 4:32), in order to glorify God in all we do (1 Corinthians 10:31).
Highway Herald
Highway Herald Ministries was founded in August 2018 by Peter Reins, who currently serves as the Associate Pastor at Riverside Christian Fellowship in Hernando, FL and is a chaplain in the U.S. Army Reserve.
As God's providence would have it, in 2017 Peter was serving on active duty in the Middle East and he came across a book by C. W. Banks, The Life and Times of John Calvin; With An Earnest Appeal to Bible Christians for the Adoption of Open-Air Preaching. Never before having heard of the phrase, "Open-Air Preaching," this intrigued Peter and pressed him to look into the ancient method of evangelism. After much prayer and study of the Bible's many examples of open-air preaching, the Holy Spirit gripped Peter's heart and compelled him to preach Christ in the public arena.
HHM exists to proclaim the glory of Jesus Christ and encourage Christians to fulfill the Great Commission (Matt. 28:18-20; Mk. 16:15; Lk. 24:47). Based out of Citrus County, FL, HHM is accountable to the church elders at Riverside Christian Fellowship (www.voiceofvision.org).
WHEN I HAVE JESUS
I have something money can’t buy, poverty can’t lose, no one can steal, death can’t stop, the devil can’t touch, and I can’t mess up.

I have something success can’t secure, failure can’t forfeit, popularity can’t gain, loneliness can’t lessen, winning can’t win, losing can’t lose, demons can’t deny, people can’t produce, fear can’t conquer, politics can’t control, friends can’t fracture, enemies can’t erase, the boss can’t break, taxes can’t take, suffering can’t suffocate, affliction can’t eliminate, all the noise of the world can’t drown out, and all the evil in the universe can’t keep down. I can win it all or lose it all but Jesus is still my all in all.
